Do I need a credit card to book a transfer?

You do not need a credit card to book your transfer. You can pay the driver directly on your day of transfer.

What if I cannot find my destination on your website?

If your destination is not listed in our system, please fill in or request form. We happily will take you to your desired destination.

How can I book a transfer from a different airport?

We happily pick you up from any airport nearby. Simply fill in our request form.

Can I book last minute?

We are very flexible and will gladly provide you with a spontaneous transfer, if a car is available.

What do I have to do, if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after booking?

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after booking with our online form, please first check your spam file. If you cannot find it there, please call us on our telephone hotline!

When and how do I have to pay for my transfer?

You can pay the driver directly in cash or with credit card. Contact us, if you would like to pay in advance.

Will there be additional costs, if my flight is delayed?

No, do not worry, we will not charge any additional costs and our driver will still be waiting for you.

Will there be costs for cancelling my transfer?

No, cancelling your transfer 24 hours before the pick-up-time of your transfer is free.

What is the difference between Transfers Austria and a usual taxi?

How will I recognize my driver at the airport?

Our chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a name plate.

What do I have to do, if my driver does not pick me up?

If this happens to be the case, please contact us immediately on our hotline. We will take care of the problem right away.

What happens, if my flight is delayed?

You do not need to worry about that! We continuously track your flight with your flight number. In case of a delay, we will pick you up at the right time without additional costs.

How long is my transfer?

When booking your transfer online, our smart booking system will show you the price as well as the duration of the transfer. If you are booking via e-mail or phone, we will be happy to tell you the duration of your transfer personally.

I am travelling with children. Do you provide child seats?

Safety is our top priority at Transfers Austria. We offer child and baby seats for free, simply inform us what kind of seat you will need.

Do you offer transfers for people in wheelchairs?

We happily provide transfers for people with special needs. Please contact us personally, in order for us to arrange the most suitable car for your transfer.

Can I bring my pet along on my transfer with Transfers Austria?

Of course, you can bring small pets and dogs. Please inform us personally when booking, in order for us to provide you with a suitable car for your transfer.

What do I have to do to cancel my transfer?

If you, unfortunately, cannot make your transfer, please write us an e-mail or contact us on our hotline to cancel your transfer free of charge.

Will there be any costs for a cancellation?

No, cancelling your transfer 24 hours before your pick-up-time is for free.
